To ensure fairness to all students and to allow our teachers adequate preparation time, the following cancellation policy applies to all classes booked at Bearwood Yoga.

 

 

 

 

 

1. Cancellation Timeframe

 

 

 

 

 

 

• All class cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Cancellations or changes can be made via:

   

 

 

• • Your Bearwood Yoga app

 

• • Your online account (mobile or desktop)

 

• • By text message to 07512351678

 

 

•  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. No-Show Policy

 

 

 

 

 

A no-show is defined as failing to attend a class without cancelling or rescheduling within the required timeframe.

 

 

 

The following charges apply for no-shows:

 

 

 

 

• Pay-As-You-Go / Single Class Bookings

   

 

 

• • The full class price of £12 will be charged

 

• • This fee is non-refundable

 

 

•  

 

• Monthly Memberships or Class Pass Holders

   

 

 

• • A £5 non-refundable fee will be charged

 

 

•  

 

• Free Class / Complimentary Class Bookings

   

 

 

• • A £12 non-refundable fee (the full class price) will be charged for a no-show without cancellation or rescheduling

4. Classes Cancelled by Bearwood Yoga

 

 

 

 

 

 

• If, for any reason, Bearwood Yoga needs to cancel a class, you will be offered either:

   

 

 

• • A credit to use against a future class, or

 

• • A full refund, where applicable

5. Acknowledgement

 

 

 

 

 

By booking a class at Bearwood Yoga, you agree to these cancellation terms and understand that applicable charges will be applied in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance.
